Dave McIlwraith

Emacen welcomes Dave McIlwraith to the team this month!

Dave joins us as Senior Project Manager, and initially, he will take the lead on a government project Emacen was recently appointed.

With over 25 years’ experience in the commercial construction sector, Dave is a highly skilled construction professional with a combination of senior management, program and project management experience. He is well-versed in leading multiple stakeholders on large-scale projects and passionate about creating spaces that add value to the environment and its inhabitants.

Before Emacen, Dave held project management and construction management positions at Watpac, Icon Co and Tomkins Commercial. In these roles, he oversaw the delivery of a number of landmark projects including the $144m Southpoint Stage B Commercial & Retail Development, $135m Metricon Stadium, $110m UQ Advanced Engineering building and he worked beside Emacen on the $42m TAE Turbine Engine Maintenance Facility.
