Caboolture & Pine Rivers Health Centre upgrade

Congratulations to our project team, led by Construction Manager, David Mcilwraith, who recently delivered the Caboolture and Pine Rivers Community Health Centre upgrade!

Emacen partnered with Metro North Hospital and Health Service to deliver the upgrade, which involved a refit of the end-of-life mechanical services on both sites, as well as the refurbishment of a dental laboratory.

The scope of works included access through existing ceiling voids, structural roof framing works and the upgrade and replacement of ceilings, partitions, joinery and floor finishes.

All works were carried out in a live environment under strict adherence to infection protocols and changing COVID restrictions. As a result, high levels of stakeholder engagement were required to ensure successful collaboration with all parties, without compromising the program, or the safety of the occupants, within ongoing site operations.
