The Nerang Fair Shopping Centre was recently given a new lease on life following a $1.8 million cosmetic and structural upgrade. Liuzzi Property Group awarded Emacen the contract as part of their continual program of upgrades and improvements to their shopping centre portfolio. The works involved upgrades to the electric and hydraulic systems, refurbishment of amenity spaces and external entry canopies, installation of new shade sail structures and signage, a repaint of the centres external walls, and a landscape upgrade. The upgrade was delivered in a live environment, requiring regular communication with all project stakeholders to ensure the safety of shoppers, as well as updates on project reports and plan work status. Emacen was proud to deliver the project in August 2022.
