We are pleased to be the Contracted Builder for the Design and Construction of the luxury waterfront development, Lighthouse, at Newport.
Lighthouse has two buildings, Palm and Dune, connected by a subtropical porte cochere entry. The development comprises 133 diverse dwellings including two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, three-bedroom garden villas and three-bedroom townhomes across 6 levels. Resident amenities at Lighthouse include a series of garden lobbies, airy walkways, swimming pool for each building, outdoor entertaining areas, landscaped gardens, shared residents lounge and a 22-berth Marina frontage.
Emacen is delighted to be working closely with the Developer Traders in Purple and Rothelowman Architects on a second project which incorporates such high quality design and enhanced function throughout.
