The Southbank Parklands are an iconic tourist destination for Brisbane with landscape redevelopment works in this area subject to a significant amount of public scrutiny. South Bank Corporation entrusted Emacen to provide a peer review on the project Tender Documentation focusing on overall cost, project risk and a non-technical design review. Following this technical advice Emacen acted in the role of independent tender assessor ensuring good governance through the tender phase of the project.
