The South Bank Parklands are an iconic tourist destination for Brisbane with planning and redevelopment works in this area subject to a significant amount of public scrutiny. South Bank is a 42-hectare precinct, and has a diverse mix of knowledge-based, cultural, lifestyle, commercial and residential land uses, with 17 hectares of public green and open space. South Bank Corporation entrusted Emacen to provide a detailed study and risk assessment of the existing services infrastructure to form a long-term view on the viability of potential services upgrades and diversions within the precinct.
