We are pleased to be the Contracted Builder of the Vera Apartments, at the Greville Wooloowin precinct. This boutique development of 58 thoughtfully designed residences brings a vibrant, heritage-rich neighbourhood to life.
Featuring 58 one, two and three-bedroom residences with spacious floor plans ranging from 94sqm to 122sqm. Vera blends modern elegance with Wooloowin’s rich heritage and has been designed to celebrate the outlook of the leafy north and the Brisbane CBD to the south. Vera also features a range of rooftop amenities including a pool, dining and BBQ areas, and lounge area with firepit and panoramic views.
Working with the developer, Cedar Woods, Emacen was responsible for completion of the construction documentation, Building approval and construction of the finished product.
