Metro North Hospital and Health Service engaged Emacen to undertake a complete refit of the end-of-life mechanical services at the Caboolture and Pine Rivers Community Health Centres, as well as a refurbishment of a dental laboratory. Both health centres remained operational throughout the project’s delivery, requiring high levels of stakeholder engagement to manage occupant safety, adherence to strict infection controls and changing COVID restrictions. The project was delivered on time and to budget in August 2022. Emacen was successful in managing changing COVID protocols, without compromising the program, or the safety of the occupants, within ongoing site operations.
